These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website www.emilyhoon.com (“Site”) and your participation in services provided by EH8 Global LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing the Site or working with Emily Hoon, you agree to these Terms.

2. Nature of Services

Emily provides educational and consultative functional medicine services, including guidance on nutrition, lifestyle, supplementation and interpretation of functional lab tests for wellness insights only.

Emily does NOT:

diagnose medical conditions
treat or cure diseases
prescribe medications
offer emergency or acute care
replace advice from a licensed physician

All recommendations must be reviewed with your medical doctor.

3. Client Eligibility & Responsibilities

By working with Emily, you confirm that:

You provide accurate and complete health information.
You understand all guidance is wellness-oriented, not medical treatment.
You are responsible for consulting a physician regarding medical issues.
You will notify Emily of changes in your health or medication use.

Emily may decline or discontinue services when appropriate.

4. Services & Programs

Emily offers:

1. Roadmap to Real Change (Free | 20 min)

Review of symptoms and health history
Recommended tests (DUTCH, thyroid, GI-Map)
First action steps and milestones
One-page roadmap

2. Personalised Plan (90 min | €500–€900)

Functional test recommendations
Interpretation of DUTCH, GI-Map, bloodwork
Hormone, metabolic, thyroid and detox analysis
Full written protocol
Prioritized steps and progress markers

3. Exclusive Program (3 months | From €2,900)

Everything in the Personalised Plan
6 follow-up sessions
Private WhatsApp access (6-hour response window)
Tailored nutrition plans
Stress and lifestyle optimization
Ongoing adjustments

Not included:

Supplements, laboratory fees, blood tests, shipping costs, or medical appointments.

5. Payments

All prices are in EUR (€).

Accepted payment methods:

Bank transfer
Credit/debit cards
Stripe
PayPal
Wise
Revolut Business

Exclusive Program Payment Plan:

€2,900 one-time
OR €3,300 installment plan (€1,100/ month)

Payments must be completed before sessions.

6. Refunds, Cancellations & No-Shows

Unused sessions may be refunded only by mutual agreement.
Cancel with 24 hours’ notice or session is forfeited.
No-shows count as used sessions.
Stopping the protocol mid-program:
- Valid reasons (illness, major family events): +2 week extension
- Otherwise: unused sessions are not refunded

No results are guaranteed. Individual results vary.

7. Functional Lab Testing

Certain functional tests (e.g., DUTCH, GI-Map) are ordered by Emily.
Bloodwork must be ordered by your medical doctor.
Tests are for wellness insights only, not diagnosis.
Emily may refer you to a physician when appropriate.
Emily is affiliated with some laboratories.

8. Liability Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by Swiss law:

EH8 Global LLC and Emily Hoon are not responsible for adverse outcomes resulting from lifestyle changes, supplement use or failure to seek medical care.
You assume full responsibility for decisions affecting your health.

9. Intellectual Property

All site content—logos, text, programs, protocols, PDFs, images, and materials—is owned by EH8 Global LLC.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, or share content without written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Swiss law.

Disputes shall be handled in Switzerland, first through good-faith mediation.
